1. Testicle proteins strengthen your hair
For seven dollars a hair salon in Los Angeles processes your hair with a special product. The owner of the salon draws broth from bull balls and adds 30 ml of it to a hair care product. Testicles are rich in proteins: those of humans contain 999 unique. The infusion would give the hair shine and restore and strengthen dry hair.
2. Spies wrote with invisible sperm
During the First World War, the British intelligence service needed invisible ink to write secret messages with. And sperm turned out to be eminently suitable for this because, unlike normal invisible ink, it does not react with iodine. But after a while the groceries started to stink, and secret agents were only allowed to use fresh 'ink'.
MI6 director Sir Mansfield Cumming (1859-1923) instructed his secret agents in 1915 to use sperm as invisible ink.
3. Sperm makes women happier
An experiment has shown that women who have sex without a condom and therefore come into contact with sperm are happier than women who use condoms. Sperm contains hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, prolactin and prostaglandins that can affect mood. The scientists think that women absorb these hormones through the vagina and therefore feel happier.
4. Spermine keeps your skin young
Apply some sperm to your face for smooth skin. The antioxidant spermine was originally extracted from human sperm and is found in skin creams. The material would extend the life of skin cells and reduce the effects of aging. According to American beauty salons, spermine increases the collagen production of the skin by 600 percent and would restore the moisture balance. After eight days, the magic bullet would have recovered 40 percent of the skin cells.
The antioxidant spermine probably increases the life span of skin cells.
5. Artworks are made with sperm
The German artist Martin von Ostrowski does not get his paint from far. He has made a number of paintings with his own sperm, and needs around 40 portions for a portrait. In total he has frozen 1000 portions to use as paint. However, sperm is not the only natural product Von Ostrowski uses: he has painted historical portraits of Bismarck and Hitler, among others, with his own excrement.
